| 摘 要： | 目的:建立一种高效液相色谱法测定Vc口服液中Vc的含量.方法:采用Kromasil C18柱为分析柱;以水为流动相A,乙腈为流动相B,检测波长为244 nm.结果:Vc在0.016～0.064 mg/ml之间有良好的线性关系.结论:本方法可用于Vc的定量检验.

| Abstract: | Ohjective:To establish HPLC method for determination of Vc in Vc oral liquid.Methods:The determination was carried on HPLC using Kromasil C18 column, acetonitrile and water as mobile phase with detation wavelength at 244nm.Results:The Vc showed lirearity over the rang of 0.016-0.064mg/ml.Conclusion:This method can be used for the quantitative measurement of the Vc oral liquid. |
