色素-黄褐斑增加性面部皮肤病治疗体会

目的观察中西医结合治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效及其安全性。方法51例黄褐斑患者被随机两组,对照组单纯应用西医治疗方法：口服维生素E胶囊0.1g,维生素C片0.3g,均每天3次;治疗组在采用上述方法的同时,服用以活血化瘀功能为主的中药。结果治疗组痊愈14例（53.85%）,总有效率为96.15%;对照组治愈10例（40%）,总有效率为88%,差异具有统计学意义（p〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗黄褐斑疗效较显著。

The treatment of facial skin of 51 patients with increasing pigment-chloasma

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment of the chloasma. Methods 51 cases with chloasma were randomly assigned to two groups. For the control group,simple application of Western medicine treatment was used. Specifically,oral vitamin E capsules 0.1g,Vitamin C tablets 0.3g,3 times a day; for the treatment group,besides the adoption of the above methods,the traditional Chinese medicine which could activate blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis was used. Results The treatment group cured 14 cases （53.85%）,whose total effective rate was 96.15%; the control group cured 10 cases （40%）,whose total effective rate was 88%,and the differences were statistically significant （p 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment has a significant effect to chloasma.
