对影响骨巨细胞瘤预后因素的分析

为探讨各种因素在骨巨细胞瘤预后中的意义，我们采用逐步回归方法对可能影响其预后的１０种因素，如年龄、性别、病程、病理骨折、临床表现、Ｘ线分析、病理分级、三结合原则分类、肿瘤部位和术式等进行了分析。结果显示预后与手术方式、年龄呈负相关，与三结合原则分类法呈正相关，即手术愈彻底，年龄愈大，三结合原则分类愈接近良性，复发的可能性愈小。作者首次提出了年龄在骨巨细胞瘤预后中的意义。

An Analysis of Ffacfors Affecting the prognosis of Giant Cell Tumor of Bone

In order to study the factors affecting the progiiosis of giait cell of bone,we have usedthe Stepwise regression statistic method to analyse 10 factors,such as sex,age,course of disease,patho-logic fracture,clinical manifestastion,x rays grading, pathological grading,classification on syntheticprinciple,location of tumor and operative mode,which probably may affect the prognosis of disease. Theresults showed That the prognosis of giant cell tumor of bone had a negastive correlation with the operativemode and age,but had a positive correlation with the classification on synthetic principle. The significanceof age in the diagnosis of giant cell tumor of bone is first suggested in this paper.
