| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效方法。方法选择262例慢性前列腺炎,其中细菌性前列腺炎82例,非细菌性前列腺炎146例,前列腺痛34例。随机分成3组,分别给予口服敏感抗菌药物组(第1组)、口服敏感抗菌药物+尿道灌注组(第2组)、口服敏感抗菌药物+尿道灌注+热磁治疗组(第3组),比较各组治疗前后慢性前列腺炎症状评分及前列腺液常规变化。结果3组间疗效两两比较,第1组与第2组疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),第3组与第2组疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),第3组与第1组疗效比较差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。结论多种方法综合应用是治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To inquire the effective treatment methods to chronic prostatitis.Methods A total of 262 cases were divided into three groups at random.Group A was treated only with oral antibiotics,Group B with oral antibiotics and urethral perfusion,and Group C with multiple methods: oral antibiotics,urethral perfusion and heat-magnetic treatment.Their potencies were analyzed.Results There was significant difference in the potency between Group A and Group B(P<0.05),between Group B and Group C(P<0.05),and between Group A and Group C(P<0.01).Conclusion Combined treatment is effective on chronic prostatitis. |
