| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价氯化汞对MCF 7人乳腺癌细胞的增殖作用。方法 :观察不同浓度的氯化汞对MCF- 7人乳腺癌细胞的增殖作用。结果 :1× 10 7mol/L氯化汞使MCF 7人乳腺癌细胞增殖达最大 ,为阴性对照组的 3 .0 8倍 ,氯化汞的相对增殖效率为雌二醇的 5 9.8% ,相对增殖能力为 0 .0 1,其增殖作用可被雌激素受体拮抗剂I Cll 82 .780完全阻断。结论 :氯化汞可诱导MCF- 7人乳腺癌细胞增殖。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of mercury chloride inducing the proliferation of MCF-7 human breast cancer cells. Methods: Mercury chloride was selected to perform proliferation assay of MCF-7 human breast cancer cells. Results: Mercury chloride could induce the proliferation of MCF-7 cells, the maximal increase of MCF-7 cells was measured by mercury chloride at 10 -7 mol/L, which was 3.08 fold compared to negative control group. The relative rate of the proliferation effect ofmercury chloride was 59.8%, and the proliferation of MCF-7 cells was 0.01, This effect was blocked completely by a pure antigestrogen ICI1 82.780. Conclusion: Mercury chloride could induce the proliferation of MCF-7 human breast cancer cells. |
