| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声波评分系统对代偿性肝硬化的诊断价值。方法选取55例慢性肝病患者行经皮肝脏穿刺活检术进行病理组织学检查，同时行空腹肝脏B型超声波观察肝硬化声像改变并对肝实质回声、肝表面、肝脏边缘、肝静脉、脾脏面积等7项参数综合评分。结果超声波评分系统对早期肝硬化的诊断灵敏度为93．75％，特异度为87．18％。结论超声波评分系统可作为筛检代偿性肝硬化较灵敏的诊断系统。
