改良式胸腔闭式引流在新生儿气胸中的应用评价

目的探讨改良胸腔闭式引流装置（包括静脉留置针、一次性输液器延长管及灭菌输液瓶、中心负压吸引器）在新生儿气胸中的应用效果，方法15例气胸患儿采用静脉留置针代替传统的穿刺针，一次性输液器延长管、灭菌输液瓶及中心负压吸引器组成胸腔闲式引流装置代替胸管和传统的吸引装置进行闭式引流。结果引流24—96h,12例临床治愈，经复查胸片后被压缩的肺叶基本吸收，1例因合并其他严重症状而死亡，2例放弃治疗，12例临床治愈的患儿在引流过程中无1例发生继发感染和气漏。结论改良后胸腔闭式引流装置术中操作简便易行、损伤小、感染少，值得临床推广应用。

Results The drainage of 24 -96h, 12 cases cured, by the review after chest compression lobe fundamental absorption, one cases of other serious symptoms due to the merger of death, giving up two cases of treatment, 12 cases of children with clinical cure in the drainage the process of Example 1 without secondary infection and gas leakage happened. Conclusion This new type of closed thoracic drainage device simple to operate, injury, infection less effective treatment of neonatal pneumothorax device.
