社区独居老人健康和生活状况调查

目的 了解独居老人健康状况和生活需求，探讨社区老年保健服务的意义。方法 以访谈的形式对133名60岁以上独居老人进行问卷调查。调查内容包括年龄、性别、文化程度、退休状况、身体状况、服务照顾需求、健康需求、特长爱好、精神文化需求、经济状况等。结果 男性老人的高学历组构成和经济收入均高于女性；79．70％的独居老人患有慢性疾病，且有迫切的健康需求；69．17％的独居老人有一种或多种特长爱好。结论 独居老人有较好的体力和精力。社区应有针对性地提供老年保健服务和文化娱乐活动，提高独居老人的生活质量。

A Survey of the Health and Living Situation of the Old Solitary People in Community

Objective To survey the health situation and the living requirement of the old solitary people in community and to probe into the health care service to the old people.Methods 133 old solitary people in the district were inquired about their age,sex,cultural level,retired life,pension,health situation,living requirement,health care requirement,cultural requirement,and so on.Results The cultural level and the economic income of the male old people in solitude were higher than those of female.79.70% of the old solitary people suffered from chronic diseases and required health care service eagerly.69.17% of the old solitary people had one or a few hobbies.Conclusion The old people in solitude in this district have a rather good physical strength and vigor.The community should provide them a better health care service and also provide more places for entertainment so as to improve their living quality.
