贝唐宁治疗初诊2型糖尿病的研究

目的　探讨贝唐宁对初诊 2型糖尿病患者胰岛 β细胞功能和血糖的影响。方法　治疗组用贝唐宁治疗 ,初期加用中药芪白降糖饮 ;对照组用达美康或二甲双胍治疗。观察两组治疗前后空腹 ,餐后 1h、2h、3h血糖及胰岛素 ,C肽的变化。结果　治疗 3个月、6个月后空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白治疗组改善显著 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ,各点胰岛素和C肽总量及差值、胰岛素总量以治疗组提高显著 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,且呈进行性提高 ;餐后 1h、2h胰岛素、C肽含量与血糖比值也明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　贝唐宁可显著改善胰岛 β细胞功能 ,安全、稳定地控制血糖。

Study of piglitazone hydrochloride on first definite patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus

Objective It is to investigate the effect of piglitazone hydrochloride on pancreatic isleβcell function and blood sugar in first definite patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM). Methods Thirty patients in treatment group were treated with piglitazone hydrochloride capsule and Qibai Jiangtang Yin was added at initial stage, while thirty patients in control group were treated with gliclazide or dimethybiguanide. Blood sugar, insulin and C peptide in two groups was observed before meal and 1*!h, 2*!h, and 3*!h after meal. Results Compared with control group, preprandial blood sugar, saccharified hemoglobin were improved after three and six months of treatment (P all <0.05). Blood sugar 1*!h, 2*!h, and 3*!h after meal, total content of C peptide and its difference, total content of insulin in treatment group were significantly increased (P all <0.01) and the increasing was progressive. The ratios of the insulin 1*!h and 2*!h after meal and the content of C peptide to blood sugar were superior to those in control group (P<0.001). Conclusion Piglitazone hydrochloride can significantly improve the pancreatic isleβcell function and it is safe and instead for controlling of blood sugar.
