摘    要:[目的]探讨饮食护理干预对消化道肿瘤病人化疗期间病人营养状况的影响。[方法]100例消化道肿瘤化疗病人随机分为实验组和对照组,每组50例,对照组进行常规护理干预,实验组在常规护理干预的基础上进行饮食护理干预。观察并比较两组病人口腔黏膜细胞凋亡率,以评价病人的营养状况。[结果]实验组口腔黏膜细胞凋亡率为34.87%±4.28%,对照组为18.90%±3.14%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。[结论]有效的饮食护理干预可提高消化道肿瘤化疗病人的营养状况。

Abstract:Objective: To probe into on nutritional state of patients with the influence of diet nursing intervention digestive tract tumor during chemotherapy. Methods: A total of 100 digestive tract tumor patients accepting chemotherapy were divided into test and control group 50 cases each. Patients in control group have accepted common nursing intervention. Patents in test group were given diet nursing intervention beside common nursing intervention. Then the apoptosis rate of oral cavity mucosa of the two groups patients were compared as the evaluation of their nutritional states. Results: Apoptosis rate of oral cavity mucosa in test group cases was 34. 87%±4. 28% and was 18.90%±3.14% in control group patients. There was statistical significant difference in terms of apoptosis rate of oral cavity mucosa between the two groups (P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Effective diet nursing intervention can improve nutrition state of digestive tract tumor patients.
