螺旋型鼻肠管在胃贲门癌病人护理中的应用

目的]探讨螺旋型鼻肠管在胃贲门癌病人护理中的应用效果。方法]对34例病人给予鼻肠管喂养，注意调节速度、温度和浓度，遵循从少到多，由慢至快，由稀到浓的原则，连续滴注有一定间歇期的喂养方法，观察并发症的发生并及时处理。结果]病人能耐受肠内营养，无严重并发症发生。结论]正确使用，观察并发症并及时处理，是做好鼻腔肠营养管的关键。

Application of helical nasointestinal tube for patients with carcinoma of gastric cardia and nursing care of them

Objective：To probe into application of helical nasointestinal tube for patients with carcinoma of gastric cardia and nursing care of them. Methods. A total of 34 patients with carcinoma of gastric cardia were given nasointestinal tube feeding. They were paid attention to adjust the feeding speed and to give food in suitable temperature and concentration. And principles including from a little to more, from slow to relatively quick, from thin to thick, to drip continuously and with intermission were followed while feeding. Then the occurrence of complications among them have observed and handled in time. Results： All patients were tolerant to intestinal nutrition, and no severe complications had occurred. Conclusion： To apply nasointestinal tube correctly and to observe complications and to handle in time were the key points for patients accepting nasointestinal tube feeding.
