| 摘 要： | 目的]总结微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术的护理配合。方法]回顾性分析14例肾、输尿管上段结石病人行微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术的临床资料。结果]本组病人手术顺利，手术时间为70min～240min，结石基本取出，无并发症发生，无中转开放手术。结论]加强肾、输尿管上段结石病人行微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术的护理配合效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective： To summarize nursing coordination of patients undergoing microinvasive percutaneous nephroscope set （PCN） calculus remove. Methods： Clinical data of 14 kidney or superior segment of ureter calculus patients undergoing PCN calculus remove were analyzed. Results： All operations were successful. The time of operation is between 70 minutes to 240 minutes. Calculus has been removed completely. There was no complication and no open transportation operation. Conclusion： The effect of strengthening nursing coordination for kidney or superior segment ureter calculus patients undergoing PCN is satisfied. |
