综合护理干预对癌症病人家属焦虑抑郁的影响

目的]探讨综合护理干预对癌症病人家属焦虑、抑郁的影响。方法]选择住院的癌症病人69例，对病人进行常规治疗和健康教育，在此基础上对病人家属进行心理干预及行为干预。在干预后第5周采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评定其效果。结果]综合干预后病人家属SAS、SDS评分均显著低于干预前（P〈0．01）。结论]综合干预能减轻癌症病人家属焦虑、抑郁的不良情绪，提高心理承受能力，提高健康意识和心理健康水平。

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety and depression of family members of cancer patients

Objective： To probe into the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety and depression of family members of cancer patients. Methods： A total of 69 cancer inpatients were selected. They were given routine treatment and health education. Then psychological interventions were carried out for their family members, which included language intervention, psychological dredging and behavior intervention. On the fifth week after intervention, family members of cancer patients were evaluated by adopting selfanxiety scale （SAS） and self-depression scale （SDS）. Results： Both SAS and SDS scorings of family members of cancer patients after undergoing comprehensive intervention were much lower than that before intervention （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Comprehensive intervention can relieve poor emotion such as anxiety and depression of family members of cancer patients, and enhance their psychological capabilities to stand strain and health consciousness and psychological health level, so as to let them go back society with healthy mental attitude and work and live better.
