摘    要:目的建立黄芩汤各配伍煎液中甘草酸的HPLG含量测定方法,研究配伍对甘草酸含量的影响.方法采用Lg(27)正交设计法,以HPLC法测定各配伍样品中甘草酸含量.结果黄芩、白芍和大枣对甘草酸的含量影响差异不显著,两两交互作用不显著.结论黄芩、白芍、大枣对甘草酸含量无显著影响.

Abstract:Objective:To develop a quantitative method for determination of glycyrrhezic acid in decoctions prepared from various combinations of the recipe named Huangqin Decoction and to investigate the content changes of glycyrrhezic acid in different decoctions.Methods: Eight decoctions of Radix Et Rhizome Glycyrrhizae either alone or in combination with one or more of the other three components were prepared.The contents of glycyrrhezic acid in the eight decoctions were determined by RP-HPLC.Results: For Radix Scutellariae,Radix Paeoniae Alba and Fructus Jujubae,The difference of glycyrrhezic acid contents is insignificant statistically in 8 decoctions.Conclusion: Effect of other 3 herbal components on the contents of glycyrrhezic acid is not obvious.
