前列腺(厚径)~2/宽径计算值与高最大尿流率关系

本文分析82例男性高最大尿流率与前列腺（厚径）2／宽径计算值、排尿前膀胱容积、残余尿及分布、年龄等相关因素。高最大尿流率与前列腺大小形态有关．与通尿肌增生或膀胱内压升高相关更明显；其残余尿与尿流率大小无关，而残余尿分布与排尿前膀胱容积有关，出现在排尿前膀胱容积大者，年龄相对较小、最大尿流率随年龄增加而降低，但本组中已不再显示年龄均值差异。加之在最大尿流率诺模图标准差区间等综合分析，有助诊断与比较。

Relationship between the prostatic calculated data,(thick diameter)~2/horizontal diameter,and the high maximal uroflow rates

We discussed the relationship between high maximal uroflow rates and data (thick diameter)2/horizontal diameter of prostata, initial bladder volume, volume and distribution of residual urine,ages,etc. In 82 cases,the high maximal uroflow rates were related to the size and shape of prostata, and most closely correlated with the cysthypersarcosis and cystopressure increased markedly. We found no correlation between residual urine and flow rates,but the distribition of residual urine was related to initial bladder volume,and residual urine were present in younger patients with larger initial bladder volume compareatively.Usually the maximum flow rates were reduced with the ages increased,but we found no correlation between the maximum flow rates and the ages in this group with the high maximal uroflow rates. In addition,the maximal uroflow rates at the standard deviation areas of nomograms for maximum flow rates might be help to the diagnosis and comparison.
