彩超引导下经皮穿刺硬化治疗肾囊肿的临床研究

目的：探讨彩色多谱勒超声引导下经皮穿刺硬化治疗肾囊肿的效果及经验。方法：对在我院采用彩超引导下经皮穿刺硬化治疗肾囊肿的40例患者的临床资料进行分析。结果：本组40例肾囊肿均一次穿刺成功,平均抽出囊液（182.50±10.20）mL。全部病例于治疗后3个月复查,治愈36例（90.00%）,有效4例（10.00%）,总有效率100%。于术后6个月再次行常规超声检查,最终疗效评定为治愈39例（97.50%）,有效1例（2.50%）,总有效率100%。术后出现醉酒样反应2例（5.00%）,局部轻度胀痛6例（15.00%）,血尿1例（2.50%）,轻度肾盂积水伴输尿管扩张1例（2.50%）,无出血、感染、周围脏器损伤等并发症。结论：彩超引导下经皮穿刺硬化治疗肾囊肿是一种理想的手术方式,值得应用。

Clinical Research of Percutaneous Puncture Cirrhosis by Guidance with Color Ultrasound in Treating Renal Cyst

Objective： To investigate the effect and experience of percutaneous puncture cirrhosis by guidance with color ultrasound in treating renal cyst.Method： The clinical data of 40 cases with renal cyst who received the treatment of percutaneous puncture cirrhosis by guidance with color ultrasound in our hospital were summarized.Result： All of the puncture succeeded once,and the abstraction hydatid fluid were（182.50±10.20） mL.There were 36 cases（90.00%） with healing,4 cases（10.00%）with effectiveness and the total effective rate was 100% after 3 months,which checked by ultrasonography.There were 39 cases（97.50%） with healing,1 case（2.50%）with effectiveness and the total effective rate was 100% after 6 months,which checked by ultrasonography once again.There were 2 cases（5.00%） with drunkenness reaction,6 cases（15.00%） with local mild gas pains,1 case（2.50%） with hematuria and 1 case（2.50%） with mild hydronephrosis and dilatation of ureter,and there was no case with bleeding,infection and organ injuries.Conclusion： The percutaneous puncture cirrhosis by guidance with color ultrasound is an ideal way in treating renal cyst,so it is worth being used widly.
