| 摘 要： | 目的观察宫颈炎康栓治疗盆腔炎性疾病（PID）的临床效果。方法选择PID76例随机分为观察组和对照组各38例,观察组给予中成药宫颈炎康栓联合抗生素治疗;对照组单纯应用抗生素治疗。观察相关的临床症状及体征,监测血常规、宫颈管分泌物涂片检查结果的变化。结果治疗后两组临床症状均有明显改善,但观察组的治愈率和总有效率均显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论中成药宫颈炎康栓治疗PID疗效肯定,与抗生素联合应用有协同增效作用。
