| 摘 要： | 目的：分析弥漫性腱鞘巨细胞瘤（D－TGCT）的诊断及治疗。方法：对1例罕见的伴腹膜后巨大肿块的D－TGCT进行临床特征研究，并复习了近几年国内外文献。结果：复习文献共3例伴腹膜后巨大肿块的D－TGCT。肿瘤范围广泛，自腹股沟延伸至腹膜后形成巨大肿块，并伴有髋臼、股骨头骨质的破坏。治疗可行肿瘤切除术及人工关节置换术。结论：D－TGCT缺乏清楚的边界，呈浸润性生长，临床诊断困难，应与滑膜肉瘤、炎症性恶性纤维组织细胞瘤和恶性腱鞘巨细胞瘤等鉴别。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the diagnosis,treatment and pathological feature of diffuse-type tenosynovial giant cell tumor(D-TGCT).Methods:Clinical data,pahologyical features were observed with review of the literature,and differential diagnosis was discussed in one case of D-TGCT.Results:D-TGCT involve the hip joint,presenting as a large retroperitoneal mass.Invasion of the acetabulum and femoral head were also present.Result:Initial treatment were encountered including excision,excision and total hip arthroplasty,radiation therapy.Conclusions:D-TGCT has poorly circumscribed borders and infiltrative margins.The diagnosis of D-TGCT is difficult. |
