| Abstract: | Density gradient centrifugation is one of the most important and widely applied research techniques in biochemistry, cellular and molecular biology and other branches of medicine.This paper is about some of the current techniques of preparation and density gradient ultra-centrifugation. The systematized classification of centrifugation and methods of separation discussed in this paper is the result of a certain amount of research work performed in our center laboratory. |
