| 摘 要： | 目的：评价256层螺旋CT分步组合后处理技术在右膈下动脉（RIPA）成像中的价值。方法：对98例患者行腹部双期增强扫描，其中肝细胞癌12例，分别用A组：多平面重组（MPR）+最大密度投影（MIP）；B组：MPR+容积再现（VR）；C组：MPR+曲面重组（CPR） 3种不同后处理组合方式观察RIPA。结果：98例患者的RIPA均能显示，A组对于RIPA起源及大体解剖的显示高于B组和C组，具有显著统计学差异（P<0.01）。结论：MPR+MIP分步组合后处理技术能很好的显示RIPA，可以作为经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞（TACE）术前准确评估其参与肝细胞癌肝外供血首选的无创性检查手段。
