肝源性溃疡与肝功能关系的研究

【目的】研究肝源性溃疡(hepatogenic ulcer,HU)的发生与肝功能Child-pugh分级、吲哚青绿负荷试验15 min潴留率(indocynine green race 15 ICGR15)之间的关系。【方法】377例肝硬化患者行胃镜检查、应用Child-pugh分级及ICGR15评价肝功能。【结果】377例肝硬化患者发生HU128例(34%);肝功能Child-pugh分级中A、B、C三级HU的发生率分别为17.64%、34.4%、47.96%(P<0.05)I;CGR15值<10%、10%~20%、>20%三组HU的发生率分别为11.94%、31.29%、68.75%(P<0.05)。【结论】肝功能Child-pugh分级及ICGR15值越高HU的发生率越高,联合Child-pugh分级及ICGR15能更好的评估肝硬化患者发生HU的风险。

Research on the relation between hepatogenic ulcer and hepatic function

【Objective】To explore the relation between Hepatogenic ulcer and Hepatic function Child-pugh grade or Indocynine green rate 15.【Methods】377 patients were undertaken gastroscopy,evaluated the Hepatic function by Child-pugh grade and Indocynine green rate 15.【Results】128 cases suffered with cirrhosis of 377 patients,the disease rate were about 34%.The incidence of HU were about 17.64%、34.4%、47.96% in group of Child-pugh grade A B C respectively,there were significant difference in each group P0.05.The incidence of HU were about 11.94%、31.29%、68.75% in group of ICGR1510%、10%-20%、20%,there were significant difference in each group P〈0.05.【Conclusion】The incidence of HU increased according with the were Hepatic function Child-pugh grade or Indocynine green rate 15,unite Hepatic function Child-pugh grade and Indocynine green rate 15 can preferable evaluate the risk of suffer with HU in cirrhosis patients.
