某院2007～2009年抗高血压药物使用分析

 目的 了解我院2007～2009年抗高血压药物的使用情况,为合理用药提供参考.方法 对3年中消耗的抗高血压药物的用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)及日均费用的变化进行统计分析.结果 我院抗高血压用药整体呈稳步上升,用药金额居前3位的是钙拮抗药,血管紧张素-Ⅱ受体拮抗药(ARB)和血管紧张素转换酶抑制药(ACEI);分析得出我院就诊患者各种抗高血压药物的使用频率和使用排序较高的原因.结论 在未来一定时期内,长效、高效、不良反应少及价格便宜的抗高血压药物将受到就诊患者的欢迎,是抗高血压药物的用药趋势.

Analysis of the use of anti-hypertensive drugs in our hospital between 2007 and 2009

Objective To analyze the use of anti - hypertensive drugs in this hospital, providing reference for the rational use of medicines. Methods Statistical analysis was carried out of the use of anti - hypertensive drugs in this hospital between October 2007 and October 2009 ,in terms of the amount of money for drugs, defined daily dosages （DDDs） and combination drug use. Results The top three drugs in terms of the amount of money were usedcaleium antagonists, angietensin receptor blocker and angiofensin - converting enzyme inhibitor. The reasons for the higher frequency of use and the higher amount of use of anti - hypertensive drugs in this hospital were obtained. Conclusions For some time to come, anti - hypertensive drugs of long - lasting efficiacy, less adverse reactions and low cost would be welcome in this hospital, in line with the development trend of anti hypertensive drugs.
