水胶体敷料延长静脉留置针留置时间的研究

目的]探讨水胶体敷料延长静脉留置针留置时间的效果。方法]将250例行静脉留置针输液的病人按照方便抽样的方法分为对照组100例,观察组150例,对照组留置5d且采用普通透明敷贴固定,观察组留置10d且采用水胶体敷料固定留置针。结果]观察组病人静脉留置针留置时间长于对照组;两组病人静脉炎、液体外渗、导管堵塞发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论]采用水胶体敷料固定静脉留置针可延长静脉留置针留置时间。

Study on hydrocolloid dressings for prolonging indwelling time of intravenous catheter

Objective：To probe into the effect of hydrocolloid dressings for prolonging indwelling time of intravenous catheter in patients. Methods. A total of 250 cases of patients receiving intravenous catheter infusion were divided into control group （100 cases） and observation group （150 cases） according to convenience sampling method, the intravenous catheter in control group indwelled for 5 d and ordinary transparent applicator was used to fix the catheter, the intravenous catheter in observation group indwelled for 10 d and the hydro- colloid dressings were used to fix the catheter. Results. The indwelling time of intravenous catheter in patients of observation group was longer than that of control group; there was no statistically significant difference in incidence of phlebitis,fluid extravasation and catheter blockage between both groups （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The hydrocolloid dressings used to fix the intravenous catheter can prolong indwelling time of intravenous catheter.
