改善慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷的研究

目的 探索改善慢性精神分裂症患社会功能缺陷护理有效方式与途径。方法 护士采用住院患观察量表（NOSIE）对患社会功能缺陷程度进行评估，根据评定分值，实施有针对性的护理和功能训练，3个月后再进行评估。结果 患的日常生活自理能力、社会能力、社会兴趣呈现较普遍的提高。实施护理措施前后比较有显性差异（P＜0．01）。结论 开展工娱疗法，丰富患的休养生活，对长期住院的慢性精神分裂症患的社会功能改善有积极的作用。

A study on the improvement of social function deficits in patients with chronic schizophrenia

ObjectiveTo explore effective approaches on improving the social function deficits in patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods: 100 patients with severe social function deficit were assessed with NOSIE. Relevant nursing and function training were undertaken. After 3 months, the patients received reassessment.ResultsThe daily life handling ability , social function and social interest of the patients were generally improved and significant difference were observed ( P <0.01).ConclusionOccupational and amusement therapy as well as enrichment of the convalesce life of the patients pose positive effects on the improvement of social function in long-term hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia.
