| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胸腺蛋白口服溶液（欣洛维）灌肠治疗结肠溃疡的疗效。方法将结肠溃疡患者37例随机分为两组，治疗组19例予欣洛维6mL（30mg）加入生理盐水100mL灌肠，对照组18例予柳氮磺胺吡啶2．0g（研成粉末）加入生理盐水100mL灌肠，均2次／d，疗程2周；疗程结束后3d内行肠镜复查。结果治疗组溃疡愈合率为73．68％，总有效率为84．21％；对照组溃疡愈合率为77．78％，有效率为83．34％。两组比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论欣洛维治疗结肠溃疡有效、安全，且不良反应较柳氮磺胺吡啶低，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of thymus protein oral solution enema on colon ulcer.Methods 37 cases of colon ulcer were divided into 2 groups randomly,19 patients in group T were treated by thymus protein oral solution enema,while 18 patients in group S were treated by SASP enema.Results In group T,the healing rate of ulcer was 73.68%,the total effective rate was 84.21%,while in group S,the healing rate of ulcer was 77.78%,and the total effective rate was 83.34%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion Thymus protein oral solution can be used to treat colon ulcer safely with good effect and fewer side effects. |
