低温等离子消融对鼻内镜术后鼻腔黏连的影响

目的:探讨在鼻内镜术中联合应用低温等离子消融对术后鼻腔黏连的影响。方法:回顾分析212例的临床资料。为212例下鼻甲肥大、鼻中隔偏曲或鼻息肉患者行鼻中隔成形术或鼻内镜下鼻息肉摘除加筛窦开放术后,141例行低温等离子消融术(消融组),71例未行等离子消融术(对照组),术后随访6个月,分析两组的疗效。结果:消融组出现6例鼻腔黏连(4.30%),对照组出现5例鼻腔黏连(7.04%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在鼻腔手术中应用低温等离子消融术处理中鼻甲、下鼻甲及鼻中隔,能减少术后鼻腔黏连的发生。

Does hypothermy plasma operative system have effect on nasal adhesion after endoscopy

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of hypothermy plasma operative system on nasoendoscope on nasal adhesion.Method: Septoptasty or nasal polypectomy was performed in 212 patients with nasal septum deviation or nasal polyp with inferior turbinates hypertrophic.Of them,141 underwent hypothermy plasma ablation,71 did not.Result: During a follow-up of six months,4.30% of nasal adhesion was found in hypothermy plasma ablation group,and 7.04% in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Hypothermy plasma ablation on middle turbinate,inferior turbinate and nasal septum can reduce the rate of nasal adhesion.
