| 摘 要： | 实验选用恒河猴９只，随机分组，采用针刺方法，观察不同穴位针刺对雌性恒河猴生殖内分泌的影响。结果显示：耳穴、体穴及耳穴加体穴对雌性恒河猴月经周期前给二醇（Ｅ２）、睾酮（Ｔ）分泌均具有一定抑制性效应，其中对Ｅ２上升速度的影响以体穴组最明显，对Ｅ２峰值增值变化的影响，以体穴加耳穴组最明显，对Ｔ的影响则以体穴加耳穴组最明显。

| Abstract: | female rhesuses had been divided into 3 groups at random for observing the effect of acupuncture on different points to E\-2 and T secretion of menstrual cycle.The result showed that,there were the certain inhibiting actions to E\-2 and T in the first half of menstrual cycle in all three groups,ear points(G1),body points(G2)and ear points with body points(G3).Among them,the effect to E\-2 in G2 was the most obvious while that to T in G3 was the most obvious. |
