摘    要:本文对大气颗粒物污染程度不同的3个地区504名儿童进行肺功能测定,采用逐步回归分析年龄、身高、大气颗粒物污染、被动吸烟等14个因素对FVC、FEV_1、FEF25-75%和FEF75-85%4项肺功能测定指标的影响。结果表明,大气颗粒物污染能引起FEF25-75%和FEF75-85%的减小,较长期暴露干颗粒物污染情况下,儿童的肺功能受到一定程度的损害。用力呼气流量,尤其是用力呼气末段流量(FEF75-85%)能较敏感地反映颗粒物污染对儿童肺功能的影响。

Multifactor Analysis of Particulate pollution in Air of on Pulmonary Function of Children

Abstract:Pulmonary function tests were performed on 504 children in three regions of different level of particle pollution in air. Spirometric indexes (FVC, FEV_1, FEF_(25-75%) and FEF_(75-85%)) were determined by using stepwise regression anglysis to 14 factors such as age, height, PPA and passive smoking etc. The decrease in FEF_(25-75%) and FEF_(75-85%) were observed in children living in polluted areas. The result indicated that long-term exposure to particle pollution had an adverse effe- cts on children's lung function. Forced expiratory flows, especially forced end expiratory flow were sensitive in reflecting the effects of particle poll- ution in air on children's pulmonary function.
