氟的遗传毒作用和镁对氟遗传毒作用的拮抗

摘    要:采用外周血淋巴细胞离体培养的方法,选用微核和染色体畸变作观察指标,来探讨氟的遗传毒作用以及氟和镁联合作用时对氟遗传毒作用的影响。结果表明,氟在大剂量时可使微核率和染色体畸变率增高,而一定剂量的镁可使氟所致的高微核率和高染色体畸变率下降,提示氟具有遗传毒作用,镁可拮抗氟的遗传毒作用。

Abstract:The mutation of fluoride and the effect of the combination between fluoride and magnesium on the mutation of fluoride were studied by the mea- surements of micronucleus and ckromoseme aber- ration in human peripheral blood lymphecytesa. The results show that the frequencies of micron- uclei and chromosome aberrations can increase in the presence of fluoride in high concentrations and can decrease with the participation of magne- sium. It is illustrated that fluoride mey be a po- tential mutagenic chemical and that magnesium has antagonistic effect on the mutation of fluoride.
