| 摘 要： | 1987年12月和1989年5月在江苏省野鼠型和家鼠型流行性出血热(EHF)疫区进行EHF鼠间传播因素调查,发现EHF鼠间传播因素中,以皮肤破损为主要因素;鼠间密切接触和革螨叮咬为次要因素;而与食入EHF抗原污染的食物关系不密切。并提示在今后控制和消灭EHF疫源地时,除大面积和重点地区反复灭鼠外,还应加强消毒和杀虫等措施。

| Abstract: | The factors of transmission of Epidemic He- amorrhagic Fever (EHF) among mice were inves- tigated in wild-rodent-type and domestic-rodent- type at EHF area in Jiangsu Province in December 1987 and May 1989. The results showed that skin damage was the first factor of transmission in wild-rodent-type and domestic-rodent-type among mice, contacting closely among mice and biting by mites were the second, there was no relation to the food polluted by EHF antigen. |
