锌化物的毒性研究

摘    要:本文对锌化物(ZnS0_4·7H_2O)的毒性进行了一系列试验。结果表明,经口灌胃急性毒性试验,锌对大白鼠属低毒物质。对小白鼠属中等毒物质。蓄积毒性试验,锌对大白鼠仅有弱的蓄积毒性作用。骨髓细胞和睾丸细胞染色体畸变试验,剂量为58.25mg/kg,畸变率增高。亚慢性毒性试验,最大无作用剂量为195ppm。

Abstract:A series of animal toxicity tests were carried out on zinc sulphate to ground scientific basis for acceptible daily intake(ADI) of food. Its oral LD_(50) values were 1295mg/kg b. w for rats and 217mg/kg b. w for mice. The accumulative coefficient was more than 5.3 In the chromosome aberration assa- ys, zinc sulfate may induce chromosome aberration both in bone marrow and testes tissues. In comparison with negative control group, the frequencies of chromosome aberration of bone mar- row and spermatogonium in the mice receiving the dosage of 58.25mg/kg b. w were significantly (P<0.05) or very significantly different (P<0.01) respectively, but the frequenciss of chromosome aberration of bone marrow and spermatogonium in the mice receiving the dosage of 116.5mg/kg b. w were significantly different (P<0.05) to. The types of chromosome aberration of bone marrow and spermatogonium contained breakage and fragm- ent, however reciprocal translocation dominated in the spermatocyte. In the subchronic toxicity test, when compared to those receiving control diet, body weight, total weight gain and total food consumption of the rats fed 5265PPm zinc sulphate were significantly redu- ced (P<0.05), iron and HDL-cholesterol in serum were very significantly decreased in rats given 1755PPm zinc sulphate(P<0.01), activity of cerulo- plasmins was significantly depressed (P<0.05) and marked pathological changes were also seen in kidneys and testes in rats fed 585PPm zinc sulpha- te. Thus, the maxium no effect level (MNL) was 195PPm.
