社会医学的回顾与展望

本文简述了社会医学的任务、研究对象和方法,列举了国际学术界在社会医学领域取得显著成效的实例,回顾了近十年来社会医学学术界发生的十项显著变化,并且列举了若干项社会医学学术研究的成就。由于医学模式转变及医学社会化及科学现代化的影响,社会医学在推动卫生事业科学管理和决策进程中将发挥更加积极的作用。作者认为进一步认识社会医学在卫生事业现代化进程中的重要地位和作用,加强与国际组织合作及学术交流,积积参与各级卫生行政部门的学术研究及合作计划,收集信息,分析研究,建立卫生统计信息库,在卫生事业宏观指导、宏观控制、宏观调节以及微观管理过程中发挥社会医学的作用,在未来十年中力争使社会医学这一门新兴学科作出更大贡献。

Retrospect and Prospect on Social Medicine

This paper review the mission, objective and research method on Social Medicine. Three famous examples had been illustrated on the field of Social Medicine to conform the achievement of this subject. Ten significant changes had been mentioned on teaching and research fields of Social medicine during the past decade. Upon the changes of medical model, management mordernization of health system and medical socialazation, the social medicine can play an active role on the health system. To recognize active role of Social Medic- ine for promoting health mordernization, to stre- nghten the international cooperation and exchange to combine the teaching research and health admi- nistration involve to health planning, to collect and analysis data system for scientific decision, are the major tasks in the next decade.
