| 摘 要： | 患轻度营养不良的儿童的做功能力显著降低,是由于体内摄氧能力较弱所致。性别间的做功能力差异,除机体摄氧能力的性别差异外,还与体力活动习惯不同有关。安静时心率在各组间均无差异。负荷时,营养不良儿童的心率增加快,恢复慢,与做功能力在各组的差异相一致。用台阶法测定PWC_(170),由于推导公式所限,不宜使用PWC_(170)/体重指标。

| Abstract: | The physical working capacity in mild protein-energy malnutrition(MPEM)children,being due to the less oxygen intake in muscule, is significant lower than in health children.The girls' physical working capacity is also related to the difference of physical active habit. Children being resting,their heart rates were same. But at working the heart rates in MPEM children rose rapidly and recovered slowly, respond- ing to the differences of physical working capacity 170(PWC170)in all groups.the measurement of PWC170 in step test,limited by deduced formulas,is not reasonable to use the index of PWC170/weight. |
