| 摘 要： | 目的:考察注射用盐酸头孢替安与木糖醇注射液的配伍稳定性。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,测定配伍液25℃条件下放置8h内不同时间点的含量变化,并观察其外观及测定pH值和微粒粒径。结果:6h内配伍液澄明,色泽无变化,pH值和头孢替安的含量均无明显变化,微粒符合2005年版《中国药典》规定。结论:注射用盐酸头孢替安与木糖醇注射液配伍后6h内稳定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To investigate the stability of the compatibility of complexes of cefotiam hydrochloride for injection with xylitol injection.METHODS: The samples of the complexes were collected at the 0,1st 2nd,4th,6th and 8th hour after mixing cefotiam and xylitol injection at 25℃ and the contents and the changes of ultraviolet absorption spectrum of cefotiam hydrochloride for injection were detected by UV-spectrophotometry.The pH value of the samples were detected and the external appearance,color,diaphamneity of the mixed solution were examined.RESULTS: There were no visible changes within 6 hours in terms of the appearance,pH,forms of peaks of the complexes.In the mixture,the content of cefotiam was stable under the experiment condition.CONCLUSION: Cefotiam hydrochloride for injection and xylitol injection are compatible after 6 hours. |
