自体脂肪移植联合A型肉毒毒素注射改善鼻唇沟凹陷的效果

目的 探究对鼻唇沟凹陷患者应用自体脂肪移植联合A型肉毒毒素注射治疗的效果。方法 选择 2020年8月-2023年8月我院收治的120例鼻唇沟凹陷患者，以随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组 60例。对照组采用自体脂肪移植治疗，研究组采用自体脂肪移植联合A型肉毒毒素注射治疗，比较两组 临床疗效、皱纹严重程度、面部美观恢复情况、生活质量、不良反应发生情况及治疗满意度。结果 研究 组治疗总有效率为96.67%，高于对照组的85.00%（P ＜0.05）；研究组治疗后6个月WSRS评分低于对照组 （P ＜0.05）；研究组GAIS评分高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；研究组治疗后6个月生活质量各维度评分均高于 对照组（P ＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；研究组治疗总满意度为 95.00%，高于对照组的76.67%（P＜0.05）。结论 自体脂肪移植联合A型肉毒毒素注射改善鼻唇沟凹陷的效 果良好，能够有效减轻患者的鼻唇沟皱纹，促进面部美观恢复，有利于提高其生活质量，且治疗后不良反 应发生几率较低，治疗满意度较高。

Effect of Autologous Fat Transplantation Combined with Type A Botulinum Toxin Injection on Improving Nasolabial Fold Depression

Objective To explore the effect of autologous fat transplantation combined with type A botulinum toxin injection in patients with nasolabial fold depression. Methods A total of 120 patients with nasolabial fold depression admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected and divided into study group and control group by random number table method, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was treated with autologous fat transplantation, and the study group was treated with autologous fat transplantation combined with type A botulinum toxin injection. The clinical efficacy, wrinkle severity, facial aesthetic recovery, quality of life, adverse reactions and treatment satisfaction were co mpared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.67%, which was higher than 85.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The WSRS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group at 6 months after treatment (P <0.05). The GAIS score of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group at 6 months after treatment (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P >0.05). The total treatment satisfaction of the study group was 95.00%, which was higher than 76.67% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Autologous fat transplantation combined with type A botulinum toxin injection has a good effect on improving nasolabial fold depression, which can effectively reduce the nasolabial groove wrinkles of patients, promote facial aesthetic recovery, and improve their quality of life. The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment is low, and the treatment satisfaction is high.
