针刺健侧法治疗急性期周围性面瘫的效果

目的 分析周围性面瘫急性期应用针刺健侧法治疗的临床效果。方法 选择2022年6月-2023年7月铜陵市中医医院针灸科收治的64例周围性面瘫急性期患者，随机分为对照组与观察组，各32例。对照组针刺患侧腧穴，观察组先针刺健侧腧穴，再刺患侧腧穴，比较两组临床疗效、动脉血流动力学指标、House-Brackfman面神经功能分级系统（H-B）评分及复发情况。结果 两组治疗总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；观察组治愈率高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗1、2个疗程后PVS均高于对照组，RI低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗1个疗程后H-B评分低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；两组治疗2个疗程后H-B评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；观察组复发率低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 针刺健侧法治疗急性期周围性面瘫的效果良好，可有效加速患者急性期周围性面瘫面神经功能的康复进程，改善其血流动力学指标，并且有助于降低复发率，相比于单纯针刺患侧治疗的效果更佳。

Effect of Acupuncture on the Healthy Side in the Treatment of Acute PeripheralFacial Paralysis

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture on the healthy side in the treatment of acute peripheral facialparalysis. Methods A total of 64 patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis admitted to the Department of Acupuncture andMoxibustion of Tongling Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to July 2023 were randomly divided intocontrol group and observation group, with 32 patients in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture on the affectedside, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture on the healthy side and then on the affected side. The clinical efficacy,hemodynamic indexes of facial artery, House-Brackfman facial nerve function grading system (H-B) score and recurrence werecompared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P >0.05). The cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). After 1 and 2 courses oftreatment, PVS in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and RI was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). After 1 course of treatment, the H-B score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05).There was no significant difference in H-B score between the two groups after 2 courses of treatment (P >0.05). The recurrence rateof the observation group was lower than of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of acupuncture on the healthy sidein the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis is good. It can effectively accelerate the rehabilitation process of facial nervefunction in patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis, improve their hemodynamic indexes, and help to reduce the recurrencerate. Compared with the simple acupuncture on the affected side, its effect is better.
