针对性护理在女性不剃发植发围手术期的应用效果

目的 探讨在女性不剃发植发围手术期应用针对性护理的效果。方法 选取2021年3月-2023年5月于 我院行前发际线毛发移植手术的80例女性患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组40例。对照 组实施常规护理，研究组实施针对性护理，比较两组毛囊成活率、护理满意度、心理状况、并发症发生情 况及疼痛程度。结果 研究组术后6个月毛囊成活率高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；两组术后9个月毛囊成活率比 较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；研究组护理满意度为100.00%，高于对照组的80.00%（P ＜0.05）；两 组护理后SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前，且研究组低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；研究组并发症发生率为5.00%， 低于对照组的22.50%（P ＜0.05）；研究组术后24、48、72 h VAS评分均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 针 对性护理在女性不剃发植发围手术期的应用效果确切，可提高早期毛囊成活率，有效降低术后并发症发生 风险及疼痛程度，能够缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪，提升护理满意度。

Application Effect of Targeted Nursing During the Perioperative Period for Female Patients with Unshaven Hair Transplantation

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing during the perioperative period for female patients with unshaven hair transplantation. Methods A total of 80 female patients who underwent anterior hairline hair transplantation in our hospital from March 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given targeted nursing. The survival rate of hair follicles, nursing satisfaction, psychological state, incidence of complications and pain degree were compared between the two groups. Results The survival rate of hair follicles in the study group was higher than that in the control group at 6 months after operation (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in the survival rate of hair follicles between the two groups at 9 months after operation (P >0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (P <0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and those of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 5.00%, which was lower than 22.50% in the control group (P <0.05). The VAS score of the study group at 24, 48 and 72 h after operation was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of targeted nursing during the perioperative period for female patients with unshaven hair transplantation is effective, which can improve the survival rate of early hair follicles, effectively reduce the risk of postoperative complications and pain, alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients, and improve nursing satisfaction.
