中下面部线雕联合局部注射填充对皮肤状态及不良反应的影响

目的 探究在面部年轻化治疗中采用中下面部线雕联合局部注射填充的效果及对皮肤状态的影响。方法 选取2021年1月-2024年1月于观山湖科珑小可美容诊所美容皮肤科行面部年轻化治疗的60例患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组采用局部注射填充治疗，观察组采用中下面部线雕联合局部注射填充治疗，比较两组皮肤状态、心理状态、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组术后皮肤水分、弹性评分高于对照组，油脂、暗斑评分低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组术后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组术后生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%，低于对照组的30.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 中下面部线雕联合局部注射填充在面部年轻化中的应用效果确切，抗衰效果及美学效果良好，可有效改善皮肤质地，减少皱纹，且治疗后不良反应较少，安全性较高，有利于改善患者的心理状态及生活质量，值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Middle and Lower Facial Line Carving Combined with LocalInjection Filling in Facial Rejuvenation and its Influence on Skin Condition

Objective To study the effect of middle and lower facial line carving combined with local injection filling in facialrejuvenation and its influence on skin condition. Methods From January 2021 to January 2024, 60 patients who underwent facialrejuvenation in the Beauty and Dermatology Department of Guanshan Lake Ke Long Xiaoke Beauty Clinic were randomly dividedinto control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with local injection filling,and the observation group was treated with middle and lower facial line carving combined with local injection filling. The skinstate, psychological state, quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The scores ofpostoperative skin moisture and elasticity in the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the scores ofoil and dark spots were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group werelower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were higherthan those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%, which was lowerthan 30.00% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application effect of middle and lower facial line carving combinedwith local injection filling in facial rejuvenation is definite, the anti-aging effect and aesthetic effect are good. It can effectivelyimprove the skin texture and reduce wrinkles, with fewer adverse reactions and higher safety after treatment. Meanwhile, it isbeneficial to improve the psychological state and quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
