异种胶原蛋白基质与自体结缔组织移植瓣在牙周软组织增量效果的研究

目的 研究异种胶原蛋白基质与自体结缔组织移植瓣对牙周软组织增量效果的影响。方法 选取2022年7月-2023年12月于我院行种植修复治疗或种植术后复查的80例牙周病患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组采用自体结缔组织移植瓣，观察组采用异种胶原蛋白基质与自体结缔组织移植瓣联合治疗，比较两组创面愈合时间、临床疗效、美观满意度、牙周健康指标[改良龈沟出血指数（mBI）、改良菌斑指数（mPI）]以及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组创面愈合时间为（14.01±2.10）d，短于对照组的（16.28±3.21）d（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%，高于对照组的82.50%（P ＜0.05）；观察组美观满意度高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组mBI、mPI均小于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 异种胶原蛋白基质与自体结缔组织移植瓣联合治疗可提高临床疗效，降低并发症发生率，缩短创面愈合时间，改善牙周健康指标，提升患者美观满意度。

Study on the Effect of Xenogeneic Collagen Matrix and Autologous Connective TissueGraft Flap on Periodontal Soft Tissue Augmentation

Objective To study the effect of xenogeneic collagen matrix and autologous connective tissue graft flap onperiodontal soft tissue increment. Methods From July 2022 to December 2023, 80 patients with periodontal disease whounderwent implant restoration or postoperative review in the medical electronic database of our hospital were selected asthe research objects. According to the random number table method, patients were divided into the control group (n =40) and anobservation group (n =40). The control group was treated with autologous connective tissue transplantation flap, and the observationgroup was treated with xenogeneic collagen matrix combined with autologous connective tissue transplantation flap. The woundhealing time, clinical efficacy, aesthetic satisfaction, periodontal health indicators [modified sulcus bleeding index (mBI) andmodified plaque index (mPI)] and complication were compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing timeof the observation group was shorter than that of the control group [(14.01±2.10) d vs. (16.28±3.21) d] (P <0.05). The totaleffective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than in the control group(97.50% vs. 82.50%) (P <0.05). Theaesthetic satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The observation grouphad smaller mBI, mPI and incidence of complications in the observation group than those in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of xenogeneic collagen matrix and autologous connective tissue graft flap can improvethe clinical effect, reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the wound healing time, improve the periodontal healthindex, and improve the aesthetic satisfaction of patients.
