美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭72例疗效观察

目的观察美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法将72例CHF病人随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组应用利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)、洋地黄类、硝酸酯类等治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上应用美托洛尔,起始剂量为6·25mg,2次/天,口服,1周后剂量加倍,最大剂量为50mg,2次/天,6个月后进行比较。结果美托洛尔治疗组患者的心功能、心率、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD),与对照组相比,均有显著性差异(p<0·05)。结论CHF患者在应用利尿剂、ACEI和洋地黄类治疗的基础上加用美托洛尔可取得更好的疗效。

CLINICAL EFFECTS OF METOPROLOL ON 72 PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Metoprolol on patients with Congestive Hear Failure (CHF). Methods 72 patients with CHF were randomly divided into Metoprolol observational group and control group. All the 72 patients were given angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI), diuretics, digitalis and nitric acid ester. Metoprolol was taken orally in observational group in addition. Initial dosage was 6.25 mg , twice per day. One week later, the dosage was doubled with maximum of 50 mg & twice per day. The curative effect was observed after a period of six-month treatment. Results There were significant differences in the improvement of cardiac function, heart rate, left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF) in observational group as compared with control group (p <0.05 ). Conclusion Better curative effect will be achieved on CHF patients who take Metoprolol in addition than those who only take (ACEI), diuretics & digitalis.
