| 摘 要： | 用血浆置换疗法治疗２１例非梗阻性高胆红素血症病人，其中重型肝炎１８例，淤胆型肝炎２例，中毒性肝炎１例。观察结果显示，该疗法能改善病人的症状，显著降低血胆红素水平，改善肝功能，增强Ｔ辅助细胞的活性，纠正血支链氨基酸及其芳香氨基醚的异常比例，提高存活率。１８例重型肝炎经治疗后存活率为７２．２％（１３／１８）。另２例淤胆型肝炎和１例中毒性肝炎均治愈。

| Abstract: | The therapeutic effects of plasma exchange(PE )in eighteen patients with severe hepati-tis and three cases of other types of hepatitis with hyperbilirubinemia are reported.The re-sults showed that PE remarkably reduced the serum concentration of bilirubin and increasedthe levels of serurn albumin and complements. In addition, the T help cells of the patientswere activated indicating that the PE therapy might also play an important role in therestoration of immunologic function. The survival rate of the patients with severe hepatitiswas raised to 72.25%(13/18). |
