早期肠内营养在上消化道肿瘤术后的临床应用

目的探讨上消化道肿瘤患者术后早期肠内营养支持的方法、效果、费用及应用中注意事项。方法通过对82例上消化道肿瘤患者随机分组为早期肠内营养组（EN：n=46）和肠外营养组（PN：n=36）临床资料进行分析。结果两组病例在观察期间无死亡、吻合口瘘等并发症，EN组血清白蛋白、淋巴细胞计数、营养支持后明显升高，体重下降较慢，治疗费用、住院天数明显减少。结论早期肠内营养能改善上消化道肿瘤患者术后的营养状况，提高免疫力，减少并发症，降低医疗费用，只要方法得当，则安全有效，方便易行。

Use of early enteral nutrition in post-operative patients with upper digestive tract tumor

Aim To observe the feasibility, safety and clinical effects of early enteral nutrition following upper digestive tract tumor operation. Methods 82 patients undergoing upper digestive tract tumor operation were randomizly divided into early enteral nutrition group （46 cases） and parenteral nutrition group（36 cases）. Plasma protein preproprotein, body weight , hospitalization costs, and total lymphocyte count were tested. Results No mortality and anastomotic fistula serious morbidity occured in two groups. The levels of serum albumin total lymphocyte count and transferring were significantly elevated after nutrition support in early enteral nutrition group. Conclusion Early enteral nutrition support would be used safely in patients after upper digestive tract tumor operation. Early enteral nutrition may accelerate the recovery of intestinal function, decrease the hospitalization costs and shorten hospitalization duration.
