家族性Graves病55例临床分析

目的 分析家族性Graves病（GD）的临床特征，并与同期住院的非家族性GD进行比较。方法 对同期住院的55例家族性GD和471例非家族性GD的临床特征进行回顾性对比分析。结果 家族性GD约占全部GD的10％；病程较长；男女患病机会相等；复发和发生浸润性突眼的相对危险度分别是非家族性GD的2.3倍和2.1倍。结论 家族性GD具有男女患病机会一致、容易复发、病程较长等临床特征。

The clinical characteristics of familial Graves' disease

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with familial Graves' disease(GD) and compare with that of non familial GD patients in the same time. Methods Medical records of 55 patients with familial GD and 471 patients with non familial GD in the same period were retrospectively reviewed, and comparison of clinical characteristics between two groups was made. Results (1) About 10 percent of these patients were familial GD. (2) The chance suffering from familial GD was equal between different sex. (3) Recurrence and combinatoin of malignant exophthalmos risk ratio of familial GD was 2.3 folds and 2.1 folds compared with non familial GD respectivly. (4) The duration was longer in patients with familial GD than that of non familial GD. Conclusion In clinic, familial GD was characterized by the equal chance between male and female, be prone to recur and longer course of disease than that of non familial GD.
