兔异体异位下丘脑-垂体移植的实验

目的 探讨幼兔的下丘脑－－垂体异体异位移植后，细胞成活及内分泌重建的可能性，方法 以徒手定向穿刺成兔垂体区，射频毁损垂体建立去垂体动物模型，将制备好的幼兔下丘脑－垂体组织植入模型兔的臀部肌肉内，放免测定术后１，３及８ｗｋ血清Ｔ４，ＰＲＬ，ＧＨ水平。结果 垂体去除组上述激素水平持续下降，移植组术后８ｗｋ上述激素恢复到术前水平，术后３ｗｋ移植物ＨＥ染色见垂体及下丘脑细胞结构良好，术后８ｗｋ透射电镜下见

Allogeneic syngeneic heterotopia transplantation of hypothalamus pituitary in rabbits

AIM To study the possibility of live cell and endocrine function after allogeneic transplantation of hypothalamus pituitary in animals. METHODS The pituitary area of rabbits was punctured, the pituitary destroyed by radio and then the hypothalamus pituitary tissue of little rabbits transplanted into the gluteus of rabbit model. The concentration of T4, PRL, GH in serum was measured by radioimmunoassay in one week, three weeks and eight weeks after operation respectively. RESULTS The level of pituitary hormone decreased constantly in the group with hypophysectomy. The concentration of hormone returned to the level before operation in the group of transplantation eight weeks later. It was observed that the structure of hypothalamus pituitary cells, which were transplanted, was normal by pigmentation of HE three weeks later. The structure of pituitary cell was normal under electron microscope eight weeks after operation. There were many secretory grains in the cytoplasm, obvious hyperplasia of hypothalamus cell, and transfiguration and cavitation in some cells. There were also many secretory grains at the end of the axon. CONCLUSION The structure and the endocrine function are normal in the hypothalamus pituitary cells which are heterotopia transplanted.
