活血化瘀方药对Poresky大鼠模型内皮细胞的影响

[目的]观察活血化瘀方药对Poresky多囊卵巢综合征（PCOs）大鼠模型内皮细胞功能及形态的影响。[方法]依照Poretsky法建立PCOS大鼠模型，随机分为中药组、模型组，并设立正常组作对照。测定各组血清FSH、LH、T、INs及血浆ET、PAI-1的水平，电镜观察内皮细胞形态及超微结构变化。[结果]模型组内皮细胞间的连接失去正常形态，基底膜不连续，细胞膜损伤、不完整；胞质内空泡明显增多，线粒体膨胀，嵴溶解、断裂、消失；细胞核聚集，异染色质增多。中药组主动脉内皮细胞间连接较紧密，线粒体无明显肿胀，嵴清晰，吞饮泡和溶酶体增多，胞质偶见空泡。模型组血浆PAI-1、ET比正常组增高，差异有显著性（分别为P〈0.01，P〈0.05），中药组与模型组比较，ET、PAI-1降低（P〈0.05）；与正常组比较PAI-1水平无显著差异，ET增高（P〈0.05）。[结论]PCOS大鼠模型存在内皮细胞形态、超微结构改变，血浆ET、PAI-1升高，提示PCOS存在血瘀的微观病理基础。活血化瘀中药能够从形态学上修复PCOS大鼠损伤的内皮细胞，调整内皮细胞功能。

Influence of Chinese Herbs for Activating Blood Stasis on The Endothelial Cells in Poresky's PCOS Rats
