太原市孕妇孕期营养与胎儿生长发育的调查研究

对太原市82名孕妇孕早、中、后三期营养素摄取、体内营养水平测定与新生儿出生体重等的关系进行了调查研究,调查结果孕妇膳食中钙、核黄素、视黄醇的摄入量均较供给量标准为低,血清钙三期均值都低于正常值,孕期膳食中各种营养素的摄取与新生儿出生体重均相关。孕妇孕后期增重与新生儿出生体重的相关系数r=0.731(P<0.01),孕妇孕前体重与新生儿出生体重的r=0.503(P<0.01),表明胎儿的生长发育与孕妇孕期的营养有关,也和母亲孕前的体质,营养等因素有关。

THE RESEARCH ON THE NUTRIENT ABSORBED BY PREGNANT WOMEN DRIUNG THEIR PREGNANCY AND FETAL GROWTH IN TAIYUAN

We investigated the nutrient intaken by 82.pregnant women during their three trimesters and the correlation between their nutrient leyel and their newborns weight. These results showed that the contents of calcium, riboflavin and retinol in the diet of pregant women are lower than the standard of RDA.The serum calcium in three trimesters is lower than normal value. In the diet of pregnant women, the nutrient and their newborns weight have positive correlation. The gain in weight of mothers during their third trimester and their newborns weight have positive correlation (r=0.731). The mother's weight before pregnancy and the newborns' weight have correlation too (r=0.503). These showed that the fetal development may be related to the nutrient absorbed by pregnant women as well as mother's constitution and nutrient intaking before pregnancy.
