北京市朝阳区北苑地区0~3岁儿童体检资料分析

目的: 了解 2000~2003年北苑地区 0~3岁儿童生长发育状况及营养状况变化趋势。方法: 选择北苑地区 2000~2003年 0~3岁儿童定期体检记录, 统计分析 3项身体形态指标及营养性缺铁性贫血患病率的变化趋势, 用WHO推荐的年龄体重衡量表评价生长发育及营养状况。结果: 北苑地区 0 ~3岁儿童 4年间生长发育状况基本稳定, 但 1岁组波动较大。其中:年龄别体重异常的人数由 5. 10%上升到 13 .65% (P<0 .01); 年龄别身高异常人数由 3 .06%上升到 12. 26% (P<0 .01); 身高别体重人数由 3 .06%上升到 8 .08% (P<0 .05); 而营养性缺铁性贫血患病率在 6月组由 22 .22%下降到 9 .15% (P<0 .01); 1岁组由 9 .18%上升到 19. 50% (P<0 .01)。结论: 北苑地区 1岁组的各项形态指标不稳定, 有向肥胖发展的趋势; 而贫血的患病率先降后升。应注重 1岁组儿童的保健工作, 使其能平衡发展。

Analysis on physical examination data of children aged 0 ～ 3 years old in Beiyuan region of Chaoyang District in Beijing

Objective:To find out the variety trend of growth and nutritional condition of children aged 0~3 year-old in Beiyuan region from 2000 to 2003.Methods:The physical examination data of children aged 0~3 year old were chosen to analyze three growth items and the incidence of iron deficiency anemia from 2000 to 2003, and evaluate growth and nutrition status according to age and weight scale recommended by WHO.Results:These children's growth was basically stable in four years, but there was the larger variety in the group of 1 year old. According to the age, the number of children's abnormal body weight increased from 5.10% to 13.65% (P<0.01), the number of children's excrescent height increased from 3.06% to 12.26% (P<0.01); according to the body weight, the number of abnormal body height increased from 3.06% to 8.08% (P<0.05). The incidence of nutritional iron deficiency anemia in the group of 6 months decreased from 22.22% to 9.15%(P<0.01), that in group of 1 years old raised from 9.18% to 19.50% (P<0.01).Conclusion:All items in the group of 1 year old were not stable, and the children had trend of developing obesity. But the incidence of anemia decreased firstly and increased later.The healthcare work of children age 1 year old should be paid more attention to make it develop evenly.
