| 摘 要： | 心血管疾病在终末期。肾病(end-stage renal disease，ESRD)患者中的发病率和死亡率均居首位，有特殊的发病机理和临床表现。冠状动脉钙化是ERSD患者心血管疾病的明显表现。电子束CT能无创地显现冠状动脉钙化并能对冠状动脉钙化进行钙化积分定量测量，精确地评价冠状动脉钙化的程度，可能成为用来评估ESRD患者心血管的危险程度的理想方法，指导临床治疗的一种重要工具。

| Abstract: | Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality in end-stage renal disease (ERSD) patients, which has special pathogenesis and clinical signs. Coronary artery calcification is the obvious sign of the cardiovascular disease in ESRD patients. As electron beam CT is a radiological technique utilized to non-invasively visualize coronary artery calcification, measure the coronary artery calcium score and accurately estimate the extent of coronary artery calcification, it might become an perfect clinical tool in ESRD patients to assess the cardiovascular risk of events and gauge the effectiveness of therapy. |
