老年妇科手术136例临床分析

目的探讨60岁以上老年妇科疾病的临床特征及手术治疗有关问题。方法对1996年10月至2006年10月本院收治的老年妇科手术病人136例围手术期资料进行分析。结果资料显示老年妇科手术患者中58.82%的病人合并有各种内科疾病,最常见的心血管疾患和呼吸系统疾患。老年妇女的手术疾病中以女性生殖器官损伤性疾病占第一位(58.09%),良性肿瘤占第二位(22.79%),其次为恶性肿瘤(19.12%)。术后29例有发生肺部感染等不同并发症,其中1例死亡。结论如能根据老年妇科疾病的临床特征进行早期诊断,手术选择适宜,术前准备充分,术中术后加强监护,大多数老年妇科病人能恢复健康。

Analysis of 136 cases of Gynecologic Disease in Women aged over 60

Objective To investigate the clinic characteristics and related issue about surgical treatment of senile gynecologic patients.Methods 135 cases of senile gynecologic diseases underwent operation in our hospital between October 1996 with October 2006 were analyzed retrospectively.Results In total 135 cases,58.82% patients had some complications as cardiovascular diseases.The uterine prolapse was the most common in the operative diseases of senile women(58.09%),the benign tumors was the second(22.79%) followed by the malignant tumors(19.12%).Post-operative complications such as heart failure and pulmonary infection had been observed,one case died of heart failure after operation.Conclusions The most of senile gynecologic patients would undergo the perioperative period safely,as long as there were effective early diagnosis depending on the clinic characteristics of the gynecologic disease in the elder women,proper operation choice,full preparation before operation and careful monitoring during and after operation.
