某院大门诊建设的实践与体会

通过江苏省中医院近年来在“大门诊”建设中的实践，从树立发展理念、加强内涵建设等方面进行了阐述。同时分析了“大门诊”目前存在问题，并提出了改进建议。

The Practice and Experience of Major Out - Patient Clinic Construction

In this paper, the author introduced the successful experience of constructing ＂ Major Out - Patient Clinic＂ in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiangsu Province. The conception of developing ＂Major Out - Patient Clinic＂, the purpose of strengthening connotation construction, and the notable achievements were discussed in detail, meanwhile, the challenges and measures for improving current situation were probed as well.
